To Inspire You

How is this for a reasonable goal? Unlike a lot of runway fashion, this could be worn by many woman in reasonable shape. The photo is from the UK Telegraph.
This, on the other hand, doesn’t look like it would go anywhere I go.

I believe I would catch a terrible chill with my underwear all hanging out like that. Plus I hate wide legged pants.

That second one would actually be really cute if those weird sleeves were replaced with spaghetti straps! I love the first picture but I would have loved it a lot more with something else underneath the jacket instead of that clumsy bra.

The point for us older ladies would be that we could cover more of that bra, but at least there IS a bra! It’s got buttons!
I like the second one, too, but would never 1) look good in it and 2) have any place it was the right thing to wear. I also think for 5-6000 euro, I would like it to resemble Greek beach huts a bit less.
eg, you need the cashmere version lined with rabbits. Proportion is all, your legs would be narrower because you are a foot shorter than that model. The slightly wider leg makes it seem more evening gown. Where will you wear this? Trader Joe’s? LOL

To the library, I think. Somewhere where it won’t pick up smudges and shmutz.

Good plan, as long as you stay away from the newspapers.

The first one is wonderful… now I have a reason to stick to the diet :) I shall print it out and stick it on the fridge and the cupboards, on my nose. I LOVE wide-legged trousers, they look so elegant.
