I was walking through my kitchen one afternoon last week, and through the window I saw what you see above. It looked like the mountain was on fire. I grabbed the camera and went to the bathroom window to shoot. I couldn’t get the fire effect I saw, but it’s pretty dramatic, isn’t it? I need to look around more.

It’s stunning! And so mysterious and evoking. Really a great shot, and it adds depth to the blog! (not that it was shallow before… I mean that it adds depth to the LAYOUT! :lol:)

I never could come up with a photo that seemed to express my “place”, so I started thinking seasonal would be good. So now I have tokeep my eyes open for winter, right? Thanks for the compliments.
