Maybe it&#039;s similar to what I understand women go through in childbirth: in retrospect, a wonderful experience; in the moment, painful and messy.</description>

She got the recipe from her niece who moved up to the Ferrara area years ago.  They\\\&#039;re great in brodo and we eat them whenever we can convince her to make them.  Yummm.</description>
