Pizza stagionale

I can’t think why seasonal comes to mind with this pizza, because a pizza margarita is more the right colors of red and green. I just thought you’d like a snack while doing the holiday things you must do.
It is toffee cookie below with melted dark chocolate on top. Mangia! Mangia!

It’s pretty, isn’t it. I am making one for my neighbor who is a self-professed food nut who almost starved herself during pregnancy so she wouldn’t get fat, but is a secret ghiotta dei dolci, but rigarosamente a colazzione. She came to tea one day and took her pie home to eat at breakfast!
