					<description>Of course you can use whatever chili pepper there is where you are in Australia.  It's up to you to test to see how hot and piquant it is.  Start with just a little or leave out the inner membranes, which are the hot part.
I have since made this several times often with tinned white beans.  That's really good.  With fried crumbled sausage meat which some would like better than I.
Welcome to the Italian kitchen, anyway, and do browse using the search button to find other dishes you can make.  There are lots of them, and not just pasta.</description>

					<description>Thanks, browsing away. And I'm currently in Malaysia. The chilli peppers here are a bit extreme. They are either not at all spicy or dynamite. I don't think those small powerpacked ones will be suitable for pasta dishes. I might try those bigger red ones and remove some of the seeds.</description>
