					<description>I like the second picture, whihc seems just like the first, but with a bit of greenery on top.  the melted cheese is what makes it really tempting.  

I have to say I\'ve never heard of paccheri before, but it sounds easy enough to replicate, so I think while it\'s still cool I\'ll give this dish a try!
