I think I tend to look like Mel of Mel\'s Diner in summer. It\'s too hot to wear a tunic but I want to look sterile-clean, so I wear bleachable white tops and trousers-- just like Mel. eg, that lamb and wooden board weighs a lot, plus I am finishing up 6 hours in 100+ F cucina.
