My excuses

It happens every spring. I garden too hard and too long– the window of opportunity is short– and mess up my back, arms and shoulders. Typing hurts.

I will, as planned, be posting another American recipe on Friday, however.

Take it easy Judith. A nice hot bath and some relaxation.

And take some pain reliever. I tend to do the same thing, and don\’t even realize until I hurt that I have overdone.

And..what are you planting this year? I can picture your garden and the rows of vegetables you plant. It is so nice seeing you in your place in my mind’s eye. Hope you get over being sore soon.

@Jane:

Oh so far lettuce, runner beans, tomatoes, bush green beans, flowers, cucumbers, parsley, swiss chard, flowers, radishes, flowers and rucola. Later on I will plant peas, turnips, brocolli rabe and brocolli, and beets which don’t grow in summer here.

@mary:

I do have a massage shower, but it doesn’t take the place of a chiropractor, worse luck.
