this one sounds yummmy, and different. what is the weather like there now? it is getting to be great here, clear skies no rain and seventy degrees. fabulous for hiking. interestingly, i have started fashion watching in geneva. you have inspired a curiosity in me...

Jessica, I am so pleased! The weather here is misty mornings followed by hot sunny days and cold nights. I, too, am inspired to go hiking, and proposed to my neighbor that we start going up the little mountain across the road everyday.

Since you now have a pasta roller, get a duck and do the duck sauce with the rear end and the breasts with honey! The breasts don't splatter the oven nearly as bad as roasting a whole duck. One of my signature dishes was roast duck with black cherry sauce, but since I have never had a self-cleaning oven, it's just a memory now.
