20 ounces of espresso might be exaggerating a good thing. You have to read Italian cookery magazines to pick up the lingo-- tazza do caffe, bicchiere di vino, etc.

Wonderful recipes, but I had to laugh at the "one coffee cup full", THREE OZ. I know that is an espresso cup, but it just cracked me up, as I pictured one of my 20 oz mugs!

The risotto was very good indeed. The recipe makes an awful lot and could have served 6 or 8 people, so en garde.

The crema recipe is Alberta's, but really I think the crema part could be any crema vanigliata or not, really.

Today I will post Friday's recipes. Also good, AAMOF, the pie keeps popping into my mind's eye--- wanna wanna.

Another recipe I might try: the risotto. It sounds lovely. I love risotto and mushrooms! Thank you for posting these. Here we have had TWO days without rain! I hope it lasts...

Judith, I recognize the kitchen and Alberta. I know all those recipes are wonderful--I\'ll be trying a couple of them. Please say hello (ciao) to Alberta from me.
