Cicoria and KZ

March 14th, 2007

This is the yellow and pink chicory I served KZ, who does not eat green stuff. Is it not pretty, pretty?

And here is what KZ thought of Sunday lunch here.

In reference to your post on my blog…

How did you ever afford to bring everything with you in your move to Italy?

I would be interested in any web sites or information on the best way to make a move like that(becoming an expat in Italy). My husband and I are at a point where it COULD actually be a possibility for us.

Click on the link to Expats in Italy on the right. There are hundreds of people there who have done it every possible way and you can search almost all the answers to your questions, and then ask anything that hasn’t been covered. That site was designed for you.

I had this! I had it but I didn’t like the bitter taste. It is too pretty though.

Try a vinaigrette with just a touch of honey.
