A First for Me
In a country where so many of us can’t get broadband access to the web, they absolutely adore Flash. I am beginning to wish it had never been invented. The link is to a place that uses Flash, takes forever to load from here and then flashes at you and doesn’t allow you (if you are me at 50666 bps dial-up) to use any of the buttons. But it’s all there is. And today I was there when it passed and I was pretty thrilled. I didn’t recognize the bearer, but he was really happy. I wish they’d asked me, because I would be really happy too.

The link did not work for me.
Me either! I wonder why? I got to the site by Googling Olympic torch and reached it. I copied the site title and pasted it in the post title. I must reconsider.
I was going to ask you if you’d carried the torch yet. It seems as though it is going ALL over Italy so why not by your house? Of course the cats would probably trip up the torch bearer — that might be embarrassing.
