I am going to need your expert help!
I am hosting thanksgiving for 23 people at my house and I am cooking american! Do you have a wonderful recipe for turkey (with a different type of stuffing other than the traditional bread one that everybody uses) and also, I have a wood fired oven (wonderful) do you think I could cook my turkey in that oven? at lower temperature of course (brace e non fuoco vivo).
I also need a very good recipe for pecan pie made from scratch and with a personal twist (facciamo lavorare l\’immaginazione!!!!).
I know you can help me to make a wonderful bella figura!
