Oh, YUM. I’m jealous of that sieve, by the way. For some reason, sieves aren’t sold around here, only colanders, and they’re useless for rice. I suppose I should probably stop being so un-Italian and trying to cook rice that needs draining, but I *like* it, dammit.

Haha, get on your mad motorcycle and go to Ikea, Katja. That’s one of the good things I picked up there recently. I have loads of sieves and colanders, but this one has expanding handles that bridge any sink. Voila! It’s like getting an extra hand, it is.
