A brief delay

I had something Sunday that was so delicious I wanted to make it myself immediately. There is no recipe online or in any Italian cookbook I own. So I went to the biggest supermarket in town and hunted out the ingredients I think go in it. I got sidetracked by yet more ingredients that would make something similar but tasting entirely different.

These are all very fragile ingredients, so I have to work on these recipes right now. I think it will end up 3 recipes, but who knows? But just you wait. It will be worth it if I pull it off!
